heart of our matter
I am reminded everyday that it is this moment that matters. In one of these moments yesterday when I was saying to myself... be present in "this moment" my gaze fell upon this arbutus tree and I noticed a heart shape created in how the bark had grown over and around the inner core of the tree. I brought this photo back for you - my Gaia friends.
with hugs and all... I am so pleased to be part of our community.

The arbutus trees seem to emulate human qualities and beg to be touched and encircled by human arms when we pass… making the discovery of the heart seem predictable in my passing by.
