An apple a day

Our entry way is bright and cool. Yesterday, I inserted a slice of fall to welcome our guests.

I seem to have a daily practice of creating - much like breathing:)

Terrill - What a warm, welcoming space.  It says, “Come in and stay for a while.”

Good morning Laurie and Nicole - yes it is a “come in and stay for awhile” kind of place. Nicole, I hope to have eaten all the apples by the time you arrive - but there might be a squash left:) I am so looking forward to hosting you for the day here on Mayne Island.

~Kes what a lovely thing to say - when I am taking photos I lose myself in the process… hours go by in what feels like seconds.

Nicole make sure you leave a little corner unzipped so that Laurie isn't gasping for breath when you arrive in Vancouver.

Thanks Jeff… that is absolutely the feeling I want people to have when the come into the entry way.
